Pivate one-on-one Instruction

Your yoga practice should meet you exactly where you are? These classes are customized to meet your needs and interests. Whether you are living with certain limitations and want a practice to be safe and effective, or you would like to prepare for your next marathon, customized yoga programs can help.

Semi-Private Small Group Classes

Practice with friends or loved ones. By splitting the cost, you can have a certified yoga teacher (that's me), create a program that is just for you. I create a yoga practice that meets the needs of everyone in the group and you get to have a customized yoga practice at a much more affordable rate per person.

How does it work?

  1. Contact me via email and we can either set up a time to talk (by phone or Zoom), to see if I can be of assistance. If not, I'll be honest. There are some situation where working with a physical therapist or doctor is more advisable. If you would rather communicate via email, that is perfectly fine as well. We then discuss a time that works for you and I will create the offering on my scheduler.
  2. You register for the new offering by clicking on the "Book Now" button on the top of this page. There you will see a list of dates and times. Chose the one that we agreed to in step 1.
  3. You receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link.
  4. You click on the link when it's time to practice to join me on Zoom.
  5. After class, you will receive a FREE recording of the practice, so you can refer to it any time.
