Practice with us from the convenience of your own home. Feel free to invite a friend or family member, price is per household. Each class is recorded (don't worry, the recording only shows me), so you can practice any time you like.
Group classes are small (no more than 6 people) and are customized to meet the needs of each individual. You can practice at your own pace with the guidance of a yoga teacher who knows you and cares.
With 30 years of personal practice and 20 years of teaching experience, I have witnessed the trans formative power of yoga firsthand. My journey began after being diagnosed with an incurable kidney disease at the age of 20, which left me feeling ill and extremely fatigued. Later, yoga helped me managing back pain from an old injury. Once I tried yoga and began to feel so much better, I became obsessed. Now, I’m equally obsessed with sharing this with others.
