This slower paced Vinyasa Yoga class allows you time to explore each posture, without feeling rushed. The postures are designed to help improve our strength, balance and range of motion. It's a great way to improve our mood, increase our energy and manage stress.
This is a judgment-free space, so please always feel free to go at your own pace, to honor your body and listen to what it's telling you. In yoga practice, it doesn't matter what posture we can or can't do. What matters is the attention and the intention of the practitioner. The postures are tools for us to use to improve our health and well-being, not something we need to "master". Remember, this is your practice and you know your body better than anyone else.
